charge air cooler inlet/outlet ducts, up to 6.00 inch diameter.
Aircraft jet
engines air inlet ducts, up to 6.00 inch diameter. This includes bending,
end forming and swaging.
Complex 3D
tubular assemblies, over twenty feet long.
Capabilities
includes forming of Titanium and Nickel alloys tubes and sheets.
Auto-frettage
pressure testing of tubular assemblies.
High temperature
proof pressure testing to 1000 degrees F and up to 50,000 PSI.

accredited to AS7110 and approved for
