ILCO provides a large assortment of machining/milling capabilities, both for in-house program support and for outside customers. This includes five(5)-axis, four(4)-axis and regular three(3)-axis CNC milling machines. This is based on over three(3) decades experience in manufacturing of highly complex components and sub-assemblies to exacting specifications. This is complement by a large assortment of inspection equipments, including CMM, non-touch quick scopes, hardness testers, optical comparators and other highly complex inspection tools and machinery. Three(3)-axis Mastercam CAD/CAM is widely deployed throughout the company. Our material capabilities range from Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Nickel alloys, Copper, and Titanium to other exotic materials.
